Sticking with the personal trainer at 5:15 am. I going to get healthy if it kills me. My weight loss has been struggling since the plan got derailed over the holidays.

have you been following those tips I gave you recently? try not to eat after 8PM and don’t eat when you’re bored (whether at home or work)

Good man. I can't afford a personal trainer, but I did buy a bike yesterday. I need to start riding it as soon as the weather allows.

I stepped on the scale sunday and found out I had gained 23 pounds since September.

I’m now on day 3 of a chicken and vegetables “diet” I’ve used previously (I lost 40 pounds last time ). Its actually not as bad as I was fearing, I’m feeling a little better, and I’m nowhere near as hungry a I thought I’d be.

Have you tried using MyFitnessPal to log foods eaten and water intake? I t can be pretty eye opening and it definitely helps me stay more focused on my goal.

It is hard to stick with though, and that’s the key.

Good job sticking with it. The holidays seem to derail even the most fitness dedicated people I know, so don’t feel bad about that. Just make sure you keep up with what you are doing now and stay on track.

(I need to take my own advice because I have been slacking this year)
